Booking Information

Reservations And Payment: Reservations can be made by booking online, thru your travel agent or by contacting us by email, fax or telephone. We will respond promptly to confirm your price and availability. Thereafter, if you confirm your desire to complete a reservation we will confirm your reservation and forward to you a confirmation invoice by e-mail. Advance payments can be arranged by funds transfer to our banking account; by credit card payment coordinated with our office; thru your travel agent; or by visiting our Nairobi office.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or reduction in guest numbers will be charged the following cancellation fee:

Nonrefundable penalty of 25% of confirmed booking if cancelled 60 to 46 days prior to arrival.
Nonrefundable penalty of 50% of confirmed booking if cancelled 45 to 31 days prior to arrival.
Nonrefundable penalty of 100% of confirmed booking if cancelled 30 to 0 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation fees are computed on the total value of the reservation and the package rate per person.

A deposit of 25% of the total value of the reservation is to be made within seven (7) working days from the date of confirmation. The final balance of 75% will be payable at least 60 days prior to arrival.

Credit Cards: The following credit cards issued in the guests' name are accepted - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Barclaycard. However, please note that a 5% surcharge will apply to any credit card payments we accept and submit to Barclaycard of Kenya for processing.

Personal Checks: Personal checks cannot be accepted at the camp unless cleared in advance of the date of arrival.
