There is no better place in Africa to witness the Big Five than here in Kenya's legendary Masai Mara. Our game drives take you to the most unique and wildlife rich spots for optimal game viewing. Meet the large "Maternity" pride and "Aitong" pride near the Royal Mara. If you are lucky, you may even catch a glimpse of Koyiaki's very own white lion -- only found here in Koyiaki Conservation Area (also spelled as "Koiyaki"). Visit another one of Koyiaki's star locations, Leopard Gorge, as seen regularly on the BBC Big Cat Diary program and you may run into Zawadi ("Shadow"), the world famous leopard, or alternatively take a drive to Aitong Gorge where you may find the mama leopard with her two cubs. In the Koyiaki Acacia woodlands near Leopard Gorge, you can also catch a view of the three lionesses with their eight cubs. Or take a drive to "Rainbow Hill" and enjoy a game walk with a family of white rhino, who recently welcomed a new baby white rhino which the rangers aptly named "Kofi Annan".

The area between Royal Mara and Aitong is also prime hunting territory for three different cheetah coalitions... getting close to a mother cheetah and her two cubs is an opportunity not to be missed. If you prefer black rhino take a drive to the BBC famous Rhino Ridge where they periodically migrate from the Serengeti. En route stop by the BBC filmed Musiara Marsh and you may run into more cheetah on the hunt. Or if it is elephant or buffalo herds you prefer you need not go too far. They usually graze outside the Royal Mara and visit our camp waterhole daily.
