Elegant Luncheon Barbecue Buffet Menus:

The luncheon buffet changes daily. Below is an assortment of sample menus that include various dishes that are periodically included in our richly spread out mid-day barbecue buffet salad and dessert bar:

  • Butternut carrot soup with coriander and sweet bread rolls
  • Barbecue pork chops with apple sauce and baked potatoes; Bavarian sausages with boiled red cabbage and sauerkraut
  • Spaghetti with choice of Napolitane, Bolognese or Carbonara sauces
  • Smoked chicken breast tomato salad; lettuce with grated carrots in a balsamic vinaigrette; Greek feta cheese, mango and snow beans salad with honey mustard dressing; Russian mayonnaise potato salad with peas and carrots
  • Prosciuto ham with melons in season
  • Chinese vegetable spring rolls with a spicy sweet Thai sauce
  • Bouquet of asparagus and broccoli au gratin
  • Selection of chocolate crackers, mango pie, fresh fruit salad, Royal Mara home made ice cream and Greek baklava

  • Cold rare beef salad with Kenya beans, carrots, fresh coconut and sun-dried tomatoes; potato and watercress salad in balsamic vinaigrette; Greek mixed salad with feta cheese
  • Parma ham with greens and Kenyan goat cheese; Greek vine leaf dolmades stuffed with rice
  • Vegetable samosas; Italian Parmigiana baked eggplant with melted Gouda cheese
  • Selection of Royal Mara dessert tarts, banana fly chocolate eclairs, American carrot cake, Kenyan fig fruit cake, fresh fruit salad and hot New York style apple pie a la mode

All luncheon buffets include assorted Kenyan and French, Italian and Greek cheeses (Brie, Camembert, Provolone, Kaseri etc.) and African tea, brewed American style coffee and other coffees (e.g. Cappuccino, Espresso, Greek etc.). Mixed fruit drinks are also available (e.g. banana daiquiris, pina coladas, etc.) as well as an assortment of house wines and soft drinks.
